- Conditional Starters: This tier comprises pitchers I wouldn't ideally start, but they serve as viable options if your team is in desperate need. For safer streaming, prioritizing 'Likely Starters' is recommended.
- Avoid at All Costs: The risk associated with these pitchers far outweighs any potential reward. They have a minimal chance of success and should generally be avoided.
